BBQ STEAK TERIYAKI

1 1/2 pounds flank steak
10 fluid ounces teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 In a medium bowl, mix together teriyaki sauce, ginger, sesame oil, orange zest, vinegar, water, cayenne pepper, and garlic. Place steak in a shallow dish, and pour marinade over meat. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

2 Preheat grill for high heat.

3 Lightly oil the grate, and place meat on grill. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes per side.

Test for doneness
