Individually Fresh Frozen Chicken Wings
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. red pepper sauce
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Reduced-calorie bleu
cheese salad dressing
1. Mix oil, vinegar,
pepper sauce, chili powder, garlic powder and
salt in medium bowl. Rinse wings; pat dry. Add
wings and toss until evenly coated. Cover and
refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
2. Set oven to broil.
Place chicken in rectangular pan, 13" x 9" x 2",
lined with aluminum foil. Broil about 4 inches
from heat 7 to 10 minutes (longer for frozen).
Turn; broil until chicken is done, about 7
minutes longer for fresh, more for frozen. Serve
with bleu cheese dressing.
