FLAUTAS

12 corn tortillas
1-2 potatoes cooked and mashed,
add salt and butter to taste

Warm tortillas so that they are bendable.

Add a small amount of potato to the center , then roll like a thin cigar.  Do this with all set aside.  Add enough oil in a deep frying pan, heat, add the flautas and fry till golden brown.  Drain on paper towels.
