IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE

1 lb hamburger 1 cup chopped onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1  1/2 cup milk 3/4 cup biscuit mix 3 eggs Lightly grease a pie plate.  Brown hamburger, salt, pepper and onion.  Put in pie plate and sprinkle cheese on top. Beat remaining ingredients and pour on top.  bake at 400 for 30-45 minutes.  Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
