SIMPLY DELICIOUS PEANUT BUTTER CANDY

2 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup butter or margarine 2 tsp vanilla 1 cup chocolate chips Mix sugars, butter, peanut butter, and 1 tsp vanilla. Press into 8x8 pan. Melt chocolate chips and 1 tsp vanilla. Spread on top of peanut butter mixture. I don't refrigerate because it makes the chocolate on top  too hard, but you can if you like. It is the next best thing to a  Reese's cup , and its so quick and easy.
