TURKEY AND BROCCOLI PASTA

Makes 5 servings

1 pound ground turkey
2 1/2 cups hot water
1 cup milk
1 package Betty CrockerŽ Hamburger HelperŽ three cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 bag (10 ounces) frozen broccoli cuts (1 1/2 cups)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)

1. Cook turkey in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring
occasionally, until brown; drain.

2. Stir in hot water, milk, Pasta, Sauce Mix and oregano. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in broccoli. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; cook uncovered until cheese is melted.

4. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Increase first cook time to 12 minutes and second simmer time to 5 to 7 minutes.
